Random snapshots yet again.
I've been to the Henderson Waves quite a while back. After witnessing its construction (it's along where we do our jogging for IPPT training) I was quite excited to see what this double helix thingy (that's kind of what it looked like to me) was all about.
As it turned out, it was linked to the treetop walk near Alexandra, which was nothing but leaves and branches to the untrained eye. The Waves bridge itself is quite a different experience, though. Firstly it's-
They're really unbashful about it
Secondly, the wave design kind of adds some spice to an otherwise simple pedestrian bridge (and a hard one to scale, if you think about it). Thirdly, well don't I just get nostalgic looking upon Depot Camp!
Looking back on the days when the new building of AHS was, erm... built, I was puzzled at the colour they chose: pink. During the June holidays this year they finally decided to give it a new look.
Duh.
Those privileged enough to be living in Tampines would probably come across this big foot statue near the MRT station.
The plaque says: "Watch out for Diabetes!"
Tsk... and I thought it was a monument to commemorate the Keroro Platoon's "Global Distribution of the Auto Toe-Stubbing Cupboard" operation.
